The three owners of IntelliAlarm Zrt. have several decades of professional experience in the market of international security technology and telecommunication/IT. Upon its inception, the company wished to shape a market-leader role in offering primarily fire alarm and alarm transmission services. Asian venture investors ensured financial background for this. After the positive start of the company, the current majority owner bought in his business share from the venture investors, so the company is 100% in Hungarian ownership.

The Magyar Szabványügyi Testület (Hungarian Standards Institution) issued certificates, by which we are certified according to the IntelliAlarm Zrt. MSZ EN ISO 9001 for the quality management system and the certificates verifying the information security compliance certified according to the MSZ ISO/IEC 27001. The successful audit was conducted at our company at the end of last year, which resulted successfully after half a year’s hard preparation.
The first system operated by IntelliAlarm Zrt. switched into the new, direct fire alarm transmission network of the Fővárosi Tűzoltóság (Fire department of the capital) passed the live examination as well, so it was launched. In the system, the signals from the single objects reach the mission control system of the communications center directly, using the electronic backbone network of the government.
Please be advised that on April 2 of this year a sales contract came into being between KHVT Nonprofit Kft. and IntelliAlarm Zrt., meaning that the fire alarm transmission branch of KHVT Nonprofit Kft. was purchased by IntelliAlarm Zrt.
